FYI :: there is a remix of the Outkast classic B.O.B. (Bombs Over Bagdad). A couple things to note:

1) THIS IS NOT A MASHUP
2) It’s worth a listen…. If you don’t beleive me you can read the comments left by others on the page.
3) The intention here is not to spam, but to share what people seem to consider quality remixes.. After all, most people crave new music but are always hesitant to listen to stuff b/c they assume its going to be a trash low quality piece of crap.

That remix is hot!! I love the laid back feel of it. It adds a whole new flavor while keeping the integrity of the original.

You are right; there are plenty of remixes out there that do not contribute much, but I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying. You — and everyone else — should consider entering our two remix contests we have going now: the Puma Remix Contest and the Detroit Authentic Remix Contest. Get the details for both on our homepage.

I’m going to enter the Puma contact (somehow)… Finding the right song will be tricky. I’d like to enter the Detriot contest, but details are a bit sketchy.. I’ll check the myspace page later.
